Frequently Asked Questions

1. How can I book for an in-home measure?

Call our office to schedule an appointment for our in-home measurement service. You can also visit our local stores to book an appointment.

2. Can I change or cancel my scheduled design consultation?

Yes, you can change or cancel your appointment by either calling our office or emailing us. Once we receive your message or call, we are going to confirm that and make the necessary changes.

3. When can I get an invite for a design consultation?

We will email to you the name of the designer and meeting link where you will have the design consultation.

4. Is it necessary to make an appointment to visit your store?

You are welcome to walk in to our showrooms at any time during business hours to browse our products and sample designs. However, to ensure personalized service and attention from our design experts, we strongly encourage you to schedule a showroom appointment. This allows us to prepare for your visit, allocate a dedicated designer to assist you, and provide a more comprehensive tour of our offerings tailored to your specific needs and preferences.

1. How can I measure my kitchen?

We recommend using a tape measure to record the dimensions of your kitchen, including the length and width of walls, cabinets, and appliances. Make sure to note the location of doors, windows, and any fixed features. For detailed instructions, please contact our customer service team. We do not have instructional videos available at the moment, but we plan to create and provide these resources in the future.

2. How will I submit my kitchen measurements?

Once you're done measuring your kitchen, you can email the measurements to us. If you're booking a design consultation, you can attach those measurements to your request appointment form.

1. Am I allowed to buy my appliances on my own?

Absolutely! But the drawback might be the size of your appliances not fitting to the design and layout of your kitchen remodel. That being said, you can either inform us in advance of your kitchen appliances, so we can allocate the right cut out for their placement. Otherwise, you can let us be the one to buy the appliances for you, so we can easily get the dimensions and include that into our kitchen planning and layout.

2. Can I buy a kitchen island on my own?

Yes, you can do that. After the design consultation, you can get the dimension of the kitchen island. Use that as your reference if you’ll be the one to secure your kitchen island. Alternatively, you can leave that to us for you to have a lesser burden on your kitchen redo.

3. Can I buy your service but I’ll be the one to buy for my appliances?

Absolutely! We give you the freedom to do that. If you want a hassle-free experience, you can also assign that to us. We have partner retailers who can give us the best price and quality for your appliances.
